Should you prefer a more solution based directive approach Coaching may be for you. Coaching is beneficial to anyone aspiring to reach specific goals or life changes but in need of some help & assistance to figure out exactly what the goal/ change is and/or how to get there, (a common example would be uncertainty around a career change or similar). Together we can discuss advantages and disadvantages and work out an action plan in order to attain and meet these specific goals or changes. In short my goal is to guide you in reaching yours in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible.

Nutrition and Weight Management.
I am a certified Nutritionist, Well being and Weight Management Coach with The National School of Nutrition. I facilitate Mood and Food training as well as offering this additional support on a one on one basis. A healthy life style is key to not only maintaining good physical health but also balancing emotional health and well being.
Mindfulness and Meditation
I hold a Diploma in Mindfulness and Meditation and may incorporate relaxation techniques in our sessions. Practising Mindfulness and Meditation can have positive effects on both our emotional and physical well being. It is an extremely efficient technique for stress management. Taking up the practice of mindfulness and mediation on a regular basis will go far beyond stress reduction and has many deep psychological advantages.
Gestalt Therapy Dip.
Gestalt is a highly positive and practical integrative therapeutic approach. Using Gestalt we can learn to focus on your immediate thoughts, feelings and behaviour and to gain better insight of ourelves and better understand the way we relate to others. This increased awareness can help people to find a new perspective.
Emotional Freedom Therapy Dip.
EFT is a relatively new therapy and is often referred to as "Psychological Acupressure" (this method is similar to acupuncture but no use of needles) EFT involves a tapping process and works by releasing blockages within the energy system which are the source of emotional intensity and discomfort.
Tailored Well-being Consultation designed to equip clients with coping strategies to improve overall physical and emotional well-being. A great starting point for those wanting to make changes to their lives (1 hour consultation with 2 weeks further online support).
The aim of tantra is to expand the state of awareness in all states of conscienceless, working with the bodies natural energies and freedom of choice. "Tantra teaches reverence for the body, love, respect for the body, gratitude for the body. The body is marvellous, it is the greatest of mysteries"
